Jammu offers the combination of traditional as well as modern shopping. The famous market of “Raghunath Bazar” is very popular among the tourists/ pilgrims. With shops ranging from Handicrafts, Handloom, Dry fruits to some of the most liked restaurants in the adjoining Residency Road provide food ranging from the simple to the exotic.

Some of the popular restaurants in the area are KC Residency, Premier Hotel and Jammu Kashmir Tourism Development Corporation’s Wazawan & Vegetarian Restaurants (for authentic Kashmiri cuisine prepared by professional waza for traditional kashmiri cook).

Among other popular restaurants in Jammu are Hotel Asia near Nehru Market and Hotel Hari Palace.

Jammu is also famous for its Choclate and Sund panjeeree and one of the famous outlets is Pahalwan Di Hatti at Pir Mitha, Gandhi Nagar and Bari-Brahmana.

Some of the Fast Food Outlets in Jammu are, Jewel's, Jewel Chowk, K.C. Plaza, Vir Marg, Pizza Hut, Indra Theater and Dominos, City Square.
