Last batch of Yatris for Shri Amarnathji Yatra - 2013

Srinagar, August 18 – Subject to fair weather conditions, the last batch of Yatris from the Pahalgam Route shall be allowed to cross the Chandanwari Access Control Gate upto 11 a.m. on 19th August, 2013. This was informed by Shri P. P. Singh, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board.

The Additional Chief Executive Officer further informed that the last batch of Yatris from the Baltal Route shall be allowed to cross the Access Control Gate at Domel upto 9 a.m. on 21st August, 2013. However, the Yatris who prefer to travel by helicopters to Panjtarni, if weather conditions permit heli-operations, shall be allowed to take heli-flights upto 9 a.m. on 21st August from the Baltal and Pahalgam Heli Bases.
