Live Darshan Facility of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine
Katra (Jammu & Kashmir), October 22, 2023: On the auspicious occasion of Maha Ashtami, Lieutenant Governor launched the ‘Live Darshan Facility’ on Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board website, to facilitate the devotees. He also launched Bi-lingual Chat on the official website of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and released a Yatra Guide Book on Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrimage The Bhakti of Shakti by Rupa Publications.
With an aim to provide authentic information to pilgrims, a Bi-lingual Interactive Online Chat ‘Shakti’ has been developed augmenting the 24x7 toll-free helpline for addressing queries and grievances received from pilgrims.
The official sources said that over 20,000 pilgrims are being facilitated every month by the Call Centre.
Online Chat will provide all the relevant information on services/facilities provided by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and provide much-needed help to pilgrims to plan their visit in advance.
